I put together this condensed version of a speed training workout. The workout takes approx. 1 hour to complete for just over 10 min of actual work.
The first 3 minutes are warm up and stretching.
These drills are specific for speed and fast twitch. It is meant to increase first step quickness and reaction.
Whether you are training to steal a base or run down a ball on a tennis court, these drills will improve your performance and focus.
